Will M. currently serves as Chief of Staff at Greensea IQ, overseeing Corporate Development, Investor Relations, and Legal since August 2022. Prior roles include serving as Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Assistant, where responsibilities focused on enhancing the productivity of the CEO and executive team. Will worked as an Investment Associate at Dudley Fund, performing due diligence on early-stage Vermont companies and creating detailed deal memos. Previous experience also includes supporting a Certified Financial Planner at Dempsey Investment Management, where financial models for client projections were developed, and contributing to sustainable transportation initiatives at the University of Vermont. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Vermont.
