Robotics Engineer - GNC at Greensea

Fiona Ross has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Fiona is currently working as a Robotics Engineer - GNC at Greensea Systems, Inc. starting in September 2022. Prior to this, Fiona worked at Draper from January 2020 to October 2022, initially as a Navigation Engineer - Member of Technical Staff I and later as a Navigation Engineer - Member of Technical Staff II. Before that, they were a Global L&D Learning Coordinator at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from June 2019 to March 2020, where they assisted in assessing and streamlining project management and led the implementation of project assessment tools. Fiona also has experience as a Field Staff at The Trustees of Reservations from May 2019 to March 2020, where they were involved in planting, harvesting, and processing vegetables. In addition, they worked as a Flight Simulation Intern at Carleton University in December 2018, designing a Traffic Collision Avoidance System for aviation simulations. Fiona has also held roles as a Trip Leader and Camper Recruiter at Camp Outlook from September 2016 to May 2018, Turfcare at Panorama Mountain Resort from May 2017 to August 2017, Canoe Wilderness Leader at Camp Wanapitei from June 2015 to August 2016, and Tree Planter at Brinkman & Associates Reforestation Ltd. in May-June 2016. Lastly, Fiona founded the Squash Club at Newton North High School from September 2012 to June 2015.

Fiona Ross completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering at Queen's University from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they also participated in a university exchange program at the University of Canterbury, where they continued studying Mechanical Engineering.
