Jack Kane

Jack Kane is an experienced board member and chairman with a robust background in audit leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at IXIS since February 2024, Kane also holds simultaneous roles as Board member and audit chairman at Greensea Systems, Inc. and DealerPolicy, and Board chairman and Audit committee chairman at Health Catalyst since July 2015. Prior positions include membership on the Board of Directors for athenahealth and T-System Inc., where Kane also served as audit committee chairman. Additional past roles include board positions at Aesynt, Healthland, and Merchants Bank, emphasizing expertise in financial oversight and audit functions. Kane earned a BS and MACC in Accounting from Brigham Young University between 1971 and 1979.
