Michele Asch

Michele Asch is currently the Chief People Officer at Twincraft Skincare, where they focus on leadership and organizational development. Previously, Michele held various roles within the company, including VP of Leadership and Organizational Development and Director of Business Development. With a rich background in business ownership, Michele operated Big League Haircutters and Paddleways, and has contributed to the academic community as Director of the Family Business Initiative at the University of Vermont. Active in their community, Michele serves on the advisory boards of Greensea IQ and Onward Analytics. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Vermont.
