In 2018, they held the position of Bosun/2nd Engineer on the superyacht "Never Enough," responsible for crew safety, vessel maintenance, and guest services. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Launch Steward at Lake Champlain Yacht Club, overseeing club activities and operating launch boats.

In 2021, Will M. served as an Economic Intern at the University of Vermont, conducting research on parking solutions and their impact on the university's sustainability plans.
