David Keller began their work experience in 1994 as a Product/National Account Manager at Intelex Inc. David then worked as a Project Manager at SHL Systemhouse in 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Senior Business Analyst at EDS. In 2000, they joined eLoyalty as a Principal Consultant, focusing on customer relationship management solutions. In 2007, they joined Optum as a Senior Director, Chief of Staff, overseeing operations, business planning, and strategic programs. David also served as a Senior Director of Operations at Optum, leading programs focused on revenue growth, retention strategies, and client experience design. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Enterprise Customer Experience at GreenShield, starting in 2023.
David Keller has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Queen's University. David also holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Hons BES) from the University of Waterloo. In addition, they have obtained a certification named "Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change" from LinkedIn in 2023.
