John Robichaux

John Robichaux has extensive work experience in various roles. John is currently working as a Senior Analyst - Tech Lead at GreenSky® since March 2021.

From 2016 to 2019, they owned and operated Browser Books, where they spearheaded the business development and managed IT solutions for inventory, online sales, and cybersecurity.

Prior to that, John worked at United Natural Foods (UNFI) from 2007 to 2016. John held the positions of IT Manager - Document Services and Senior Programmer Analyst, where they achieved significant cost savings and led key projects.

Before UNFI, they owned and operated Treasure House Books from 2002 to 2007. John also worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Millbrook Distribution Services from 2001 to 2002 and as a Lead Programmer Analyst at TSYS from 1996 to 2001.

John Robichaux completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology - Security at Western Governors University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Computer Programming, Specific Applications at Columbus State University. In addition to their formal education, John obtained several certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching, CompTIA Project+, CompTIA Linux Network Professional, CompTIA Systems Support Specialist, Linux+ Powered by LPI, and CompTIA Network+ ce, among others. John has obtained certifications from institutions such as Cisco, CompTIA, and LinkedIn.
