Michael Magaldi

Michael Magaldi, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured credit sales and trading. Currently serving as Managing Director at GreensLedge since November 2021, Michael previously held the same title at Natalliance Securities from 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included CLO secondary trading and proprietary investments. Prior to that, Michael was Managing Director for CDO trading, structuring, and marketing at Resource America from April 2008 to October 2017, focusing on sales, primary CLO syndication, and trading. Michael's career also includes an Executive Director role at JPMorgan, overseeing the CLO/CDO syndicate desk and structured products, from 2000 to 2008, as well as an early career position as a Bank Examiner at the FDIC from 1993 to 1996. Michael Magaldi holds a BS/BA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, completed in 1993.
