GreenSpec is a web-based company that specialises in the writing and delivery of information supporting the design of 'green' buildings.

The website has 2 components:

1 - Design guidance: 
• Detailed analysis of the manufacturer and environmental impact of building materials
• Guidance on the theory, technology and techniques of sustainable construction

2 - Green product and material compendium
• A large directory of products and materials selected by the GreenSpec panel that are considered to embody distinguished environmental attributes or qualities.

The GreenSpec website is designed and operated by practising architects, specifiers and designers
