Steve Ball is a seasoned sustainability expert, social entrepreneur, and technologist with extensive experience in conservation and community rights advocacy. They served as the Country Director for Farm Africa in Tanzania from 2015 to 2018 and founded the Mpingo Conservation & Development Initiative from 2004 to 2008. Currently, as the Senior Expert in Strategic Technologies at the Forest Stewardship Council, they lead the development of innovative solutions, including the FSC Blockchain system, enhancing product traceability in sustainable forestry.
