Aretta Rundgren

Aretta Rundgren is an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Greenstep since October 2022, responsible for in-house and external recruitments for various roles. Aretta has extensive experience in recruitment, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nordcloud and as a Recruiter & HR Manager at Bolt.Works, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, Aretta has served as a Marketing Content Creator at ATA-Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, focusing on marketing content and social media. As a freelance Dance Instructor, Aretta teaches Angolan kizomba, Cuban salsa, and Dominican bachata, and is involved in organizing classes and performances. Aretta holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Public Administration from the University of Eastern Finland, with a background in criminal justice and law enforcement.
