Joonas's extensive background includes roles as a Cyber Security Manager at Uponor and an Information Security Manager at 3stepIT, where they focused on sustainable technology lifecycle management and security incident response. They hold an engineering degree from Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences and have pursued further education in project management and cyber compliance.
