Ryan Stephens

Ryan Stephens is a visionary and strategic leader with extensive experience in training and compliance in the safety, health, and environmental sectors. From 2006 to 2007, Ryan served as a Training Instructor at Oceaneering, where they developed course curricula and led instructor-led training sessions. They progressed to roles such as Global Training & Development Manager and Training & HSE Manager at Oceaneering, leading significant training initiatives and managing teams globally. Ryan currently holds the position of Compliance, HSE, and Learning and Development Director at Gruene Environmental Companies and serves as the Director of Safety at Greenstone Electrical Services since 2025. Ryan is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
