Erik Devlin has extensive experience in maintenance and technical roles, currently serving as a Distributor at GreenTech Environmental since June 2020, focusing on environmentally improving various spaces. Prior to this, Erik held multiple maintenance supervisor positions across various companies, including Pinnacle Property Management Services and Intermark Management Corp, where responsibilities included preparing apartments for new tenants and performing comprehensive property maintenance. Erik owned and operated Ole York Xscapes.llc from February 2019 to April 2021 and worked as a Service & Installation Technician at Spa's Pools & Patio, specializing in swimming pool and spa systems. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Air Mechanical & Service Corp and as a Lead Duct Mechanic at WENTCO Mechanical. Erik's education includes industrial electricity and mechanical repair certifications from Blackhawk Tech and the US Army.
