Grace Smith

Grace Smith is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in management training, customer excellence, and childcare. Currently serving as a Management Trainee at Greentech Renewables since June 2025, Grace previously interned at Henkel, where efforts in cost savings yielded significant results through data analysis. Grace also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business, contributing to the instruction of practical management science. Additional roles include a Barista at TULIE BAKERY, where inventory management was key to enhancing customer experience, and a Camp Counselor at Rowland Hall, focusing on youth supervision and program organization. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Utah and a High School Diploma from Rowland Hall.
