Yannick Auffret

Yannick Auffret has been an active member of the business world since 1985. Yannick'scareer began as the Deputy of the Agriculture Attache at the French Embassy in Egypt. In 1987, they took on the role of Project Manager/Sales Manager at Grands Moulins de Paris. Yannick then moved to NEXIRA in 1989 as Area Sales Director, where they increased sales of gums and carrageenans in Germany, Asia, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, and with Key Accounts. In 1996, they became the European Sales Director at NATUREX, where they created a distributors network in Europe. In 1998, they were appointed Sales & Marketing Director at LABORATOIRES EXPANSCIENCE, where they were responsible for sales worldwide of active ingredients for topical cosmetic products and nutraceuticals. In 2002, they became Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Strategy at WEISHARDT, the fourth largest gelatine producer. Yannick then moved to Greentech in 2022, where they took on the role of Director of Business Development. Most recently, in 2022, they founded RUBISKER.

Yannick Auffret's education history includes an Executive MBA from INSEAD between 2006 and 2007, a Master 2 from AgroParisTech between 1985 and 1987, and an Agronomist degree from ENSAT between 1982 and 1985. Yannick also has a CMAS *** certification.
