Aura A. currently serves as the Head of International HR, Reporting & Analytics at Greenvolt Group, leading HR activities to support the company’s international expansion across over 10 countries and multiple business clusters. Prior to this role, Aura was an HR Senior Manager and People Business Partner managing operations in Spain and Poland at OW Ocean Winds, and played a significant role in a joint venture project focused on offshore wind energy across APAC, Spain, and Poland. Aura's earlier experience includes participation in the Global Leadership Program 2020 with the Global Wind Energy Council and serving as a Corporate Human Resources Specialist at EDP Renewables, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, employer branding, and global policy implementation. Additionally, Aura began a career in human resources as an intern and holds a Master's degree in human resource management, complemented by studies in compensation, data analytics, and law.
