Michael's career includes significant roles such as Executive VP, People & Chief Administrative Officer at Sienna Senior Living, Vice President of Human Resources Administration Services at TJX Canada, and EVP Administration at Linamar Corporation. With a solid educational foundation comprising an Executive Development degree from Ivey Business School and an Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the Rotman School of Management, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge in organizational performance, talent management, and employee relations.
