Dana is responsible for overall management of the human resources function within the organization with both strategic and operational oversight. This includes policy and procedure development; employment and labor relations; compensation; management and leadership development; employee training and development, as well as other key human resources initiatives. Dana brings 20 years of extensive human resources expertise gained from industrial, manufacturing and service industries including multi-site employee bases. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Greenville Society for Human Resource Management (GSRHM) and has been a campaign leader for the March of Dimes and United Way.
