Sylvain Mermod

Sylvain Mermod currently serves as Group Innovation Manager at Greenyard and Founder of AMPHORA, focusing on partnerships and business development. With extensive experience in innovation and project management, Sylvain has held roles such as Partner and Head of Innovation at Antidot Drink Sàrl, and Technical Project Lead for R&D at The Vegetarian Butcher, where responsibilities included global rollouts and open innovation initiatives. Prior to these roles, Sylvain was External Manufacturing Manager for Unilever, managing external food manufacturers and leading supply chain projects. Additional experience includes a partnership project at Manor AG and involvement in an award-winning innovation project with Felco SA. Sylvain holds a Master of Science in Integrated Innovation for Product and Business Development and degrees in Food Technology and Life Sciences.
