Victor ALBERT

Victor Albert has a diverse background in recruitment and talent management, with experience spanning various sectors including social economy, private equity, and energy transition. From 2014 to 2015, Victor worked as a recruiter for Orientation Durable, focusing on recruitment for social economy organizations. Victor later served as a senior consultant at BDO France for three years, where involvement included developing the executive search practice and managing numerous recruitment missions. This role was followed by a position as Talent Acquisition Manager at BDO France from November 2020 to February 2023. In 2019, Victor was a senior consultant at FAB-Group, specializing in recruitment for private equity and related fields. Currently, since February 2023, Victor holds the position of Talent Manager at GreenYellow, where the focus is on supporting clients in energy transition initiatives. Victor holds a bi-license in economics and English from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a degree in economics from Athens University of Economics and Business.
