I’m a sudden cardiac arrest survivor, transformation speaker, and advocate for lasting change.

In 2017, I collapsed in Times Square and was clinically dead. Against all odds, I survived. Today, I live with a Biotronik defibrillator implanted in my chest and a coronary stent. I know firsthand what it means to wake up in a new reality with a machine inside you, and I help others learn how to not just survive, but thrive, post–cardiac arrest.

My journey wasn’t just about survival. For years, I battled food addiction, denial, and self-doubt. What changed everything was radical honesty and a commitment to health and freedom that I now share with audiences across the country.
