Our company specializes in upgrading distressed properties and converting them to long term buy and holds in the Laramie and Fort Worth/Houston Texas markets.  

We currently are aggressively growing a fully integrated team in Laramie, WY which will source off market deals, oversee the project management of major and minor remodels, and handle all our Property Management needs in house.

Future plans are to expand this model in Houston, TX and the DFW metroplex in 2021.  

We are actively growing our residential real estate portfolio and always looking for great partners (specifically induvial looking to take advantage of the great returns real estate provides) and hard working/talent individuals who want to join our team.
