Brian Hamilton

Brian Hamilton has been a council member at Greif since April 2016. Prior to that, they were the Director of HR Global Workforce Analytics and Planning at Cummins Inc. from November 2010 to April 2016. There, they established strategic direction for the use of analytics for Human Resources on a global basis and directed Global Workforce Planning for Cummins in 60+ countries. Brian was also a human resources talent scout and the executive sponsor for Illinois State University College of Business (Human Resources) and College of Applied Science and Technology (IT). Before their time at Cummins Inc., Brian was the Manager of HR Business Office, HR Solutions, Vendor Management and Compliance Office at State Farm Insurance from February 2000 to November 2010. There, they were responsible for PeopleSoft HR technology projects, application services and business architecture. Brian was also responsible for all HR compliance and vendor management office functions. Prior to their time at State Farm Insurance, Brian was the assistant to Vice President Academic Instruction at Illinois State University from August 1990 to April 2000.

Brian Hamilton completed their Masters in Public Administration at Illinois State University and their BS in Politics and Government from the same school.
