Dexter Strong

Dexter Strong is an accomplished professional in global learning and development, currently serving as the Sr. Manager at Greif since October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Corporate Learning & Development at The Wendy's Company, where significant initiatives were executed to enhance employee development for over 750 staff across global offices. At Save A Lot, Dexter played a pivotal role in talent development during a transformative phase, leading initiatives such as a comprehensive leadership certification for over 90 managers and implementing a training catalog for 400 corporate employees. Previous positions at Lidl US and Billy Casper Golf further developed Dexter's expertise in creating tailored training programs and enterprise-level training solutions. Dexter holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from William & Mary and a Master of Science in Human Resources Training and Development from Amberton University.
