Julie Schmidt

Julie Schmidt is an experienced professional in customer service, sales support, and training management with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently, Julie serves as the Customer Service and Sales Support Leader for North America at Greif, Inc., overseeing a team that supports industrial packaging sales and service. Prior to this role, Julie spent 24 years at Nationwide Insurance in various capacities, including Learning and Performance Manager and Manager of Bank Sales and Service, where significant achievements included managing training functions for a major bank system conversion project and establishing a new call center. Julie holds a Master of Science in Adult Education from Capella University and multiple degrees from Franklin University, including Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Banking, and an Associate's degree in Business Management.
