Maja Durant

Maja Durant has been a Council Member at Greif since January 2018. Prior to that, they were the Senior Human Resource Manager at Greif | Beulah Heights University from January 2018 to May 2021. From March 2008 to January 2018, Maja was the Senior HR Manager at McLane Company, Inc., where they managed all Human Resource needs form approximately 300 employees. Maja began their career as a Human Resource Manager at Target in November 1998, where they managed all Human Resource needs form approximately 300 employees.

Maja James has a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Northcentral University. Maja also has an MBA in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they have a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina. Maja is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) and by the HR Certification Institute as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources).
