Michael Welsh has over two decades of experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Director of the Global Service Desk at Greif, Inc. since February 2001. Prior roles at Greif include Manager of the Global Service Desk and Manager of the Global Help Desk, among others. Before joining Greif, Michael worked as a Field Service Technician at Sarcom, where contributions included a project for Value City Stores and work at Wendy's International. Earlier experience also includes a position as Branch Manager at Star Rent A Car. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Miami University, awarded in 1994, and completed high school at St. Peter's High School in Mansfield, Ohio.
