Michele Walker

Michele Walker has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and talent attraction. Michele is currently working as the Director of Global Talent Attraction at Greif since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Director Talent Acquisition at JELD-WEN, Inc. from January 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they worked at Electrolux as the North American Talent Acquisition Leader from December 2018 to January 2021. Michele also has experience as a Global Recruiting Leader at Curvature from November 2017 to December 2018, and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Talent Equity Group from September 2015 to May 2017. In addition, they worked at Randstad as a Talent Delivery Manager for Honeywell from January 2012 to September 2015. Prior to that, Michele held the position of Vice President of Corporate Recruiting at Bank of America from March 2005 to January 2012, and worked as a Recruiting Lead at Broadcom Inc. from April 2000 to March 2005.
