Mike Grover

Mike Grover has extensive experience in the paperboard industry, serving as a General Manager at Greif, Inc. since February 2019, focusing on P&L, safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance reliability in a 100% recycled paperboard facility. Prior to this role, Mike held similar positions at Caraustar and Newark Recycled Paperboard Solutions, where responsibilities also included managing unionized facilities and improving productivity and talent development.
