Parker Sinclair

Parker Sinclair has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the legal field. Parker is currently working as the Director of Corporate Law at Greif, a global leader in industrial packaging products and services. In this role, Parker handles various legal matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and general business matters.

Prior to their current position, Parker worked as an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law starting in 2021. Parker also served as a Partner and later as Of Counsel at Dickinson Wright PLLC, where they provided counsel to public and privately-held companies across multiple industries. Parker's responsibilities included advising on M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance matters, as well as assisting emerging businesses and investors in private equity and venture capital financings.

Parker also worked as a Legislative Assistant for Congresswoman Deborah Pryce, tracking legislation and advising on various policy areas.
