Peter Pelgrims has extensive experience in operations and plant management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Greif since September 2011. Previously, Peter served in various roles at Proseat GmbH&Co KG from May 2000 to September 2011, including Operations Manager, where responsibilities included coaching operational departments and implementing continuous improvement teams. Additionally, as Process-Tooling Manager and Engineering Manager, Peter focused on training, process optimization, and project management techniques like FMEA and Six Sigma. Earlier, Peter worked as a Production Engineer at Van Hool, overseeing polyester production and coaching operators.
