Shamara I. has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Supervisor of the Amer IT Service Desk at Greif, Inc. since February 2016. Previous roles include Service Desk Analyst at Greif, Inc., and various positions at Conisus LLC between July 2012 and February 2016, such as Senior Technical Specialist and Technical Support Administrator.
