Vince Fields

Vince Fields is a knowledgeable professional in the paper and packaging industry with extensive experience in product development and operations management. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at Greif, Inc. since February 2019, Vince previously held multiple roles at Caraustar from October 2006 to February 2019, including General Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing the Carotell Paperboard Taylors, SC URB Mill and Converting Operations. Prior to that, Vince worked as a Technical Manager at Caraustar, focusing on quality, process systems, and new product development, as well as a Shift Supervisor at Weyerhaeuser, managing production at a fine paper mill. Vince began their career as a Process Engineer at Sonoco Products Company and holds a BS in Paper Science and Engineering from Miami University.
