Wesley Soares is a Quality Analyst with extensive experience in quality management and production oversight. They began their career as an apprentice and intern, developing a practical understanding of quality control processes. Wesley has held several significant positions, including Quality Inspector at Aro Tubi Trafilerie S.p.a. and Quality Technician at Lukoll, before advancing to Quality Analyst PL at Greif. Currently, they are pursuing the excellence of organizational processes and sustainable value creation through their expertise in data analysis and quality methodologies, supported by a degree in Production Engineering from Faculdades Dom Bosco and a Technical Degree in Quality.
