Will Cheves is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, maintenance, and process improvement across various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Greif, Inc. since 2021, Will has previously held key positions such as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Creative Engineers Inc., where significant achievements include relocating and commissioning a medical device manufacturing operation in Costa Rica. Other notable roles include Division Equipment Reliability Engineer at International Wire Group and Plant Engineer at Henkel, where Will successfully managed capital projects totaling over $3 million. Will holds a Master of Science in Textile Technology from the Institute of Textile Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University.
