Ryan Troiano

Ryan Troiano has a diverse work experience in the engineering and technical services field. Ryan began their career as a R&D Lab Technician Intern at SIMONA AMERICA Inc. from May 2012 to August 2013. In 2014, they joined the Plastics Innovation & Resource Center as a Research & Development Assistant from September 2014 to May 2015. Ryan then moved on to Greiner Packaging, where they held several positions including Project Engineer Intern from May 2014 to June 2015, Development & Project Engineer from June 2015 to May 2017, Product Development Manager from May 2017 to January 2019, Head Of Project Management from January 2019 to May 2021, and currently serves as the Director of Engineering & Technical Services starting from May 2021.

Ryan Troiano graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2015 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in June 2023 and various leadership and management certifications from LinkedIn, such as Developing Executive Presence and Operations Management Foundations.
