Benjamin Rich

Benjamin Rich has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. Benjamin began their professional journey in 1995 as a Military Police Officer in the US Army. In 2000, they shifted gears to become a Network Engineer at Digicon Corporation. The following year, they took on the role of Operations Security Engineer at TruSecure Corp. In 2002, they joined Ericsson as a Software Developer and Systems Integrator. In 2016, they moved on to IBM Cloud Video (Clearleap) as a Senior Software Engineer in Test. In 2018, they began working at CloudBees as an Engineering Manager and QE Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they became an Engineering Manager at Gremlin.

Benjamin Rich obtained their Diploma from Brookwood High School in 1995. Benjamin then attended Gwinnett Technical College from 2010 to 2013, studying Computer Information Systems. In 2015, they completed two courses from MongoDB University, M101P: MongoDB for Developers and M102: MongoDB for DBAs. Benjamin also obtained a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in July 2015 and a Java Certificate.
