Dave Cohen has over 10 years of experience in various roles such as Lead Front End Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Team Lead, Software Engineer, Founder, Teacher/Mentor, and Lead Guitarist, Arranger, Recording Engineer. Dave has worked for companies like Gremlin, Treklee Travel, Jellyvision, Northern Trust Corporation, SongMind Studios, Fusion Academy, Band Leader/Contributor, Bill's Music, and Music and Arts. In their most recent role as a Senior Software Engineer I at Jellyvision, they co-architected and developed a Spanish translation ETL pipeline for GO using AWS and audited the ALEX Homepage for accessibility. Dave was also involved in the full-stack development of interactive employee benefit software using technologies like AWS, Electron, React, Redux, GraphQL, PostgresQL, among others. Dave is capable of providing guidance and mentorship to other developers.

Dave Cohen attended Fullstack Academy in 2017-2018, where they completed a Bootcamp program in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician from The Johns Hopkins University in 2007. During the same period, they also received Bachelor's Degrees in Composition and Recording Engineering from Peabody Conservatory.
