Jeff Nickoloff has over 20 years of work experience. Jeff began their career in 2001 as a Web Application Developer at Arizona State University. In 2009, they became a Member of Paper Napkin Designs LLC, a group of software engineers, system administrators, and a graphic designer that helped small businesses build great websites. In 2010, they were a Software Engineer - R&D at Limelight Networks. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer II and then as a Software Development Manager. In 2019, they Co-founded and became the CEO of Topple, where they were responsible for market analysis and branding, customer engagement, product vision, hiring policy and application, investor relations, GTM strategy, sales, engineering, and engineering management. In 2020, they became the Director and Sr. Principal Engineer; Head of Engineering Enablement and Excellence at Venmo. In 2022, they will become the Principal Engineer, Office of the CTO at Gremlin. Additionally, since 2015, they have been the Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at All in Geek Consulting Services, LLC, where they work with teams at Fortune 100 companies and small startups providing principal engineering and senior management level guidance.
Jeff Nickoloff received their Diploma from Central Catholic HS in 2000. Jeff then attended Arizona State University, where they earned a BS in Computer Science in 2010. In 2021, they obtained their Incident Responder Certification from PagerDuty and in 2020, they obtained their Certified Incident Responder certification from PagerDuty. Jeff is currently enrolled at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they are pursuing an Executive MBA.
