Bernardo Clementino

Bernardo Clementino is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting and leadership across various sectors. Bernardo's career began at Accenture as a Business Analyst, followed by roles at ELO Group and Airbus Defence and Space, where strategic analysis and management processes were developed. Bernardo served as a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group, before taking on leadership responsibilities as President and Chair of the Board at CISV Finland. In subsequent years, Bernardo advanced to Senior Manager at EY-Parthenon, focusing on transformative M&A projects, and later held the position of Head of Strategy and Vice President at Nordea. Currently, Bernardo is the Chief of Staff at Gren and has previously worked as a Principal at BCG, leading impactful M&A strategy projects across the Nordics and Europe.
