Urmo Heinam is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the energy sector. They served as CEO of Adven Baltics from 2014 to 2020 and worked as Head of Development at Eesti Energia, where they managed waste-to-energy and wind energy projects from 2009 to 2014. Currently, Urmo is a member of the Supervisory Board for both Eleport and Gren, where they also chair the Investment Committee. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Management at Tallinna Tehnikaülikool.
