Joe Colopy is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a strong background in technology and software. Currently serving as Partner at Primordial Ventures and Jurassic Capital, Joe focuses on early-stage startups and B2B software companies in the Southeast. As the CEO of Colopy Ventures, Joe supports software entrepreneurs, and as Godfather at GrepBeat, Joe shares the stories of tech startups in the Triangle area. Joe co-founded and led Bronto Software as CEO, providing cloud-based commerce marketing automation solutions. With marketing experience at Red Hat and a teaching background from the Peace Corps, Joe holds an AB in Computer Science from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
