Aleksandra Njagulj

Aleksandra Njagulj is the Managing Director and Global Head of Sustainability at DWS Group, where they develop and communicate global ESG priorities for a substantial real estate investment portfolio. Aleksandra also currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at ESCP Business School and Women on Boards Adria. Their extensive background includes leadership roles in sustainability at BOUYGUES UK, CBRE Global Investors, and CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, with a focus on integrating ESG strategies into investment processes. Aleksandra holds a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and is the Chair of the Real Estate Standards Committee at GRESB.
