Peter van den Tol is a seasoned professional in impact investing and responsible investing, currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Senior Investment Manager at MN since March 2017. Peter is actively involved in the standards and sustainability committees of GRESB and EPRA, respectively, since 2019 and 2017. Previously, Peter chaired the Owners Association of the residential complex Bastion le Roi from 2014 to 2018. Peter has extensive experience as a real estate investment consultant at Sweco (2013-2017) and has contributed to greening the housing stock in the Netherlands while working with bbn adviseurs. Peter’s architectural career began at KOW and included a role at KOW Sustainable Architects in Shanghai. Peter holds multiple degrees in Architecture and Real Estate & Housing from TU Delft.
