Richard Son

Richard Son is a consultant at GRESB since June 2023, previously serving as Head of Partners for FusionInvest/Sophis at Finastra from February 2022 to May 2023. With extensive experience in operations and sales, Richard held positions as Head of Operations & Programme Management and Head of Sales Operations at Style Analytics from April 2018 to February 2021. Richard's career at Finastra also includes a role as Programme Manager/Regional Operations Officer for FusionInvest from September 2017 to March 2018. Prior to that, Richard worked at Misys from September 2012 to August 2017 in various programme management roles within the Investment Management division and global strategic accounts. Richard's career began as a Project Manager at Sophis UK LTD from September 2007 to August 2012. Educational credentials include an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Toronto and an MS in Applied Mechanics from Luleå University of Technology.
