Zeina Elali is an accomplished professional in sustainability and ESG with extensive experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a member of the GRESB Foundation Expert Resource Group since January 2024, Zeina contributes expert guidance to the evolution of GRESB. As the Director of ESG & Innovation at Canadian Urban Limited since March 2023, Zeina leads national climate and sustainability initiatives, overseeing various aspects of environmental disclosures and tenant engagements. Prior roles include Co-Chair of the Carbon Leadership Forum, Senior Manager at KPMG Canada, and Senior Sustainability Advisor at Perkins and Will, among others. Zeina holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a specialization in Project Management and Sustainability from Ryerson University.
