Bess Wills has a strong background in automotive dealerships, real estate development, and construction. With extensive experience as a General Manager and Corporate General Manager/Chief Operating Officer in various companies, Bess has consistently demonstrated effective leadership and management skills. At present, Bess is the General Manager at Gresham Ford, where Bess serves as the Operating Partner. Bess's previous roles at Ford of Ventura, Whittier Chrysler, Inc, Gonzales Automotive Group, Inc, and UDI Development Co., Inc./SG Realty Group have equipped their with a diverse skill set and industry knowledge. Bess obtained their education from California State University, Chico.
