Andrew Elmore

Andrew Elmore is a technology executive with extensive experience in leading innovation and digital transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Gresham Tech since January 2024, Andrew previously held the same position at AutoRek from May 2022 to November 2023. Notably, within Grupo Santander from September 2020 to May 2022, Andrew was the Digital Transformation Director and CTO of PagoFX, a subsidiary that focuses on autonomous payments solutions. Andrew's experience also includes serving as VP of Engineering at Velo Payments, where the focus was on enhancing payment transparency, and as CTO & Head of Development at C24 Technologies Ltd, known for integrating technology with financial services. Andrew holds a BEng(Hons) in Computer Science & Electronics from The University of Edinburgh, earned in January 1996.
