Phil Hartley is an experienced professional in client services and operations management with a career spanning several decades in the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Gresham Technologies since July 2018, Phil focuses on relationship management within the Cash Management Solutions division following the acquisition of the B2 Group. Prior to this role, Phil was the Chief Operating Officer at the B2 Group from 2010 to June 2018, overseeing daily operations, client interactions, and financial control. Earlier in the career, Phil held the position of Head of Programme at HSBC from 1995 to 2008 and served as Head of London Sales IT and Senior IT Manager. Phil's career commenced at SG Warburg, where responsibilities included a Senior Project Manager role from 1984 to 1994.
